The Calf's Head is renowned for hearty portions of home cooked food of a very high standard. Choose from our extensive menu as well as a range of daily specials that always include one or more vegetarian options.
Items from our food card are served at the following times;
Monday through to Saturday: from 11am-2.30pm and from 5.30pm-9.30pm. In addition, afternoon teas and light bites are also served from 2.30pm-5pm
Sunday: from 12.00pm until 9.15pm.
In addition our fabulous Carvery is served from 12pm-3pm every Sunday but please note due to its popularity, booking is essential.
Our usual weekday service times apply on all bank holidays.
The Calf's Head has a superb and exclusive wine list serving the finest English wines in the country. We travelled the length and breadth of the country to source the best that England has to offers and the results are spectacular. Come and be surprised by just how good our native wines can be.
